And what happens when you haven't visited Candlekeep in nearly six months?

Your Personal Messages Inbox is full of these messages . . . that's what! I really need to start spending more time here.

Aww... Zahra is going to be so disappointed when she hear you said that Sage.

There is a rumour going around that I have found god. I think is unlikely because I have enough difficulty finding my keys, and there is empirical evidence that they exist.

The Maiden of Pain huh? And here I thought the Sage liked it gentle.

EDIT: It seems my email accounts were also hit by this scum, with one being received just this morning. Which is strange because gmail usually filters for this type of trash.

Hmmm... my account automatically filtered the emails out of my gmail inbox. Have you made any changes to your filters recently?

*laughs* wouldn't ya know that I had just dropped by to check the site last night and had I not read this thread, I never would have known about the situation.

You received the following message from: vincent4all (vin_diara04@yahoo.com)

Just got that message when I got home from school. it came to my hotmail.com account. but since it's already been taken care of, I won't worry about it.

"What's that," asked Mogget.
"Sardines," said Sam. "I knew they were standard rations, so I got a few tins for you."
"What are sardines?" Moggest asked suspiciously. "And why is there a key? Is this some sort of Abhorsen joke?"

Got some of them, too. Courtesy to the hotmail spam filter it went straight into the bin.

Question is this: is it a bot or a real person copy/pasting the junk?

To avoid bots it might be worth thinking about the letter-number-stuff you have with some sites...like hotmail.

As sad as they are, these are real people. They have to register, respond to the activation email and then go to the effort of searching the member lists. I had 30 members in the pending registration list a few days ago, all with obscure email addresses which obviously never existed.
