Great merciful Oghma on a mound of flaming books, would you look at how many scrolls have piled up here just from me looking at what has gone on "since your last visit."

And to top it all off, someone's moved into my old cell. Do you know how long it took to get one with a window?

Ah well, the dangers of wandering far afield, I guess.

Greetings to you again, KEJR. [I can still call you KEJR, right?]

It's always a wonderful occasion when one of our long-time scribes returns to Candlekeep.

As long as you capitalize the J and the R . . .

It is good to be back.

So, reports of my return were apparently greatly exaggerated. ;)

Lots and lots of things going on between my last attempt to return to regular posting here and now. I will freely admit that I didn't get as far down the return path to the Realms as I would have liked. I've got to admit, part of what's gotten me aimed in this direction yet again is one of my gaming friends playing in the D&D Encounters game at the FLGS and mentioning everything old that is new again in the Realms.

Thanks to his interest in such things, I downloaded the 5th Edition Basic Rules, and was pleasantly surprised both at the rules and the references to the Realms.

I'm thinking of running Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle for some friends in an online game soon, and I am also planning on jumping into the Sundering books, if only because it seems more logical than trying to clear up my (now huge) backlog of Realms books.

Honestly, this time I really, really hope to keep checking in on a regular basis, and once I get my online game going, I'm hoping to post some updates here as well. Well met all, I've missed the place . . . again. ;)
