From the time the Forgotten Realms boxed set came out, what are the big events in the Realms?

It feels like the bookends are the Time of Troubles and the Spellplague but there are bits in the middle, the really epic world-changing events.

Rage of Dragons?

Thoughts appreciated.

Thanks.

I don't know if there were any world threatening calamities or such...but there have been a couple of events in certain areas of the world....like
The Drow-Mithral hall war.
The Obould Saga.

Unfortunately I do not know the exact dates of these events (cue Beast:) )but they do fall within your timeline...and I'm sure there are other "Mini-events" that have happen as well.

Drow-Mithral Hall is 1368 (ToT)
Obould Saga is 1371, thus later.

the DEath of king azoun the 4th and the dealins with the devil dragon

why is being a wizard like being a drow? both are likely to find a dagger in the back from a rival or one looking to further his own goals, fame and power

oh yeah. those too. they seemed no more to me than some of the other events mentioned above, and I therefore always find it odd to see 3e referred to as the return of the netherese.

To quote Wooly Rupert's censoship plan: 3e is moreso the time of where "crazy poopy" happens constantly.
