Indeed, those articles were my favorite parts of the late great lamented Dragon.
I'll try this question; Who is the last remaining member of the Stoneheart clan? |
If I waited till I knew what I was doing, I'd never get anything done.

The Fork is the intersection of the Fork Road and Adbar Road. |

I know exactly where the answer can be found. It's an interesting bit of lore, thinks I.
But before I answer, I want to find a good question. I don't have any handy. |

Yeah, I didn't expect to be right on that last question and then I was quickly scanning tomes for a question . |

I've got a pretty good idea of the source as well, but since the last question was mine, I was holding off. |

You speak of Ghaurin, transformed by Moradin into a sentient stone golem.

And now, my first question in a while, which Sage undoubtedly already has an answer to...
The taproom of this festhall is dominated by three living oak trees, each rumored to be the home of a sleeping dryad. Name this festhall. |

I suppose I shouldn't answer as I just asked the last question. And as I don't have a good question ready myself |

Clue!
This festhall is run by a retired forester and his nine beautiful and flirtatious daughters, of whom four are named: Braetha, Kalaeria, Charethra, and Hestroone. |

Heh. Kalaeria just recently featured, albeit briefly, in my current campaign.
I'm not sure whether I want to make her a semi-regular NPC though, as two of my players were rather distracted by her beauty. [Or at least, with the way I described her -- with some help from Ed] |

I got sidetracked, and forgot I had a question out...
Clue: This festhall can be found in a caravan town, surrounded by the Wealdath. |

I actually got the info from Volo's Guide to Baldur's Gate II, but the answer is still correct. |

I think it was also briefly mentioned in Empires of the Shining Sea as well. [Or, at least, that's where I initially remembered it from]

The answer - although it shouldn't be - is Tulrun of the Tent (Silver Marches, p.9). I was horrified that WotC had ignored Eric Boyd's awesome treatment of him in Polyhedron and inexplicably made him a tiefling in this product. Of course, when you've got powerful friends, everything is fixable. I refer you to the novel Blackstaff by Mr Steven Schend in that regard.
My question is a simple one: In which city did the mages Orcrommor the Mighty and Asblan the Bold destroy each other in an aerial contest of hurled meteor swarms?

That would be the city of Ordulin, the capital of Sembia as documented in one of my favorite books. (Forgotten Realms Adventures, p.97) |
