I may be new here but I am not new to the Realms. I have been dealing with them in my various campaigns since 1988. I have seen many changes through the years, but haven't kept up with the latest incarnations (my last campaign was with the 3e version).
I do not know what I can contribute here, but I will do my best to keep it at a decent quality.
I will be reviving my campaign using the new 5e rules. I will see what happens.......

Welcome! How is the 5E campaign going?
I haven't started it yet. It will start on the 21st. I am continuing my old AD&D2e campaign that ended in 1991. I got some of my old players from them. New characters though, as I am setting it over 100 years ahead of the old campaign. I hope they enjoy it......
2E is my favorite by far. |

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay! |

Just do what you can, when you can, and that will be enough.
Well met and welcome to the forums! |
