Hello to all!

Before I fork over hard-earned treasure for Draconomicon, I respectfully submit a few questions (and do apologize if this is the wrong forum):

1. Is the stat block suitable for a "Shimmergloom"-ish dragon?

2. Are there any known issues that need to be fixed up given the releases of Dragon Magic, Dragons of Faerun, Motorcycle Gangs of the Moonsea, etc.

3. Are there any other suggestions for incorporating a shadow dragon?

Finally, I'm not trying to sound stingy; my current campaign isn't very dragon-oriented, but there is a certain spot where I think one of the shadow variety would be appropriate. (Please understand that I cannot add more detail.)
