Hi all,

I'm new to the Candlekeep Forum, but I've come seeking anyone who has had experience either DMing or playing the AD&D 2e campaign "Halls of the High King."

I've combed through some old forums, and it would seem that a lot of old players looked upon this adventure rather fondly. As a 24-year old and a 5e player, I haven't had experience running a game in AD&D 2e.

My intention is to use this module as an intro to the Moonshae Isles, perhaps with my party becoming vassals to the king after the final chapter. I love the story elements here, but what I am struggling with is how to balance this module for 5e as well as fill in some missing details about the setting and the adventure.

If anyone has any insight they'd be willing to share, I'd appreciate the help.

Thanks,
Anthony
